Ingredients

  • ½ cup pumpkin purée (unsweetened)

  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks

  • ½ cup frozen pineapple

  • 1 inch fresh ginger root, peeled (or ½ tsp powdered ginger)

  • 1 fresh orange, peeled, I used an organic orange so kept half the peel on

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (grass fed whey or plant-based)

  • ½ cup canned coconut milk (full fat or light)

  • ½–¾ cup filtered water (or more to reach desired consistency)

  • Optional:

    • 1 tsp cinnamon (blood sugar support)

    • 1 tbsp hemp seeds (extra protein + omega-3s)

    • Ice for thickening

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend on high until creamy and smooth.

  3. Taste and adjust—more water for lighter texture, more coconut milk for thicker creaminess.
