Healing green juice elixir

Fresh-pressed dandelion, celery, parsley, lemon, green apple, ginger juice + blended avocado combo is basically a functional medicine elixir — every ingredient is doing something specific for the liver, kidneys, gut, adrenals, and blood.

I used at least 4-5 bunches of organic celery

A bunch of organic dandelion

2 organic lemons (peel the skin off if not organic)

5” piece of organic ginger

2 organic Granny Smith apples

1/2 an avocado

I juiced everything except the avocado.

After everything was juiced using a masticating juicer (Omega) I added half the juice to a blender and blended with the 1/2 ripe avocado. Making a bitter but creamy green nourishing drink. The other half I put in a mason jar for the following morning.
